2026-2027 Expression of Interest
The Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for new single or multi-year projects starting in the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
This generic EOI serves to identify prospective projects led by businesses, not-for-profit organizations and other levels of government that contribute to economic growth and diversification in Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon.
All EOIs must be submitted to operations@cannor.gc.ca before November 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (PST) using CanNor's EOI Form.
How to apply
To apply for financial assistance, please follow these steps:
- Download the EOI Form.
- Refer to the EOI Guide while filling out the EOI Form.
- Refer to the CanNor's Programs and Services page for detailed information on current programs, including eligibility criteria.
- Retain a copy of the completed and signed application for your records.
Only successful EOI applicants will be invited to submit full applications.
