Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
An MOU is a statement of mutual understanding and cooperation, and is not a legally binding contract. Typically, an MOU supports responsible resource and regional infrastructure development through cooperation and respectful engagement; and optimizes opportunities to advance economic development for the people and communities in the territories regarding projects.
