In the top left hand corner of the image resides a description of the Northern Projects Management Office. It reads "Natural Resource Development and Infrastructure Projects in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: The Northern Projects Management Office (NPMO), as part of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor), advances northern resource development by providing issues management, path-finding and advice to industry and communities; coordinates the northern regulatory responsibilities of federal departments; and publicly tracks the progress of projects to bring transparency, and effectiveness to the regulatory system.
